If you have received a MAMC GIFT you can activate your membership here and become eligible for the benefits that correspond to the category indicated on your MAMC GIFT. <Attention> To register your MAMC GIFT you will be required to input the “Registration ID” and “Registration deadline” of your MAMC GIFT. Around one week after completion of your registration, your MAMC member’s card and benefit kit will be sent to your registered address. However, you will be able to take advantage of your membership benefits immediately, even before your MAMC member’s card arrives. <How to register> Be sure to read the following information, “MAMC Membership Program Individual Membership Rules” and “Special Provisions regarding MAMC GIFT”, before clicking “AGREE” to proceed to the “REGISTER MAMC GIFT” application form. 1.  Minimum Age   In order to register using a MAMC GIFT you must be eighteen years of age or older. 2.  Registration deadline   A MAMC GIFT must be registered before it expires. A MAMC GIFT is valid for six months from the date of issuance. Check the registration deadline written on your MAMC GIFT before proceeding. 3.  Membership Category   The membership category of each MAMC GIFT – FRIEND, FELLOW or BENEFACTOR - is specified on the MAMC GIFT. The membership category cannot be changed at the time of registration. 4.  Registration ID   The "Registration ID" is required at the time of registration. Please handle it with care since the registration ID will not be reissued in the event of loss. 5.  Membership Period   The membership period commences from the date on which the registration is completed, and continues for one year (or, if the date falls in the middle of the month, the membership period commences on the 1st of the following month.) 6.  Changes to Membership Period   A membership renewal notice will be sent to the member by email or postal mail about two months before expiration of the membership. The membership can be renewed for a period of one year by making an annual fee payment in accordance with the notice. If the end of the membership period is reached without a renewal being made, the member will be considered to have withdrawn from MAMC. 7.  Unauthorized Use of MAMC GIFT   In the case of any unauthorized use of a MAMC GIFT, such as the use of a falsified or illegally obtained MAMC GIFT, the membership registration may be declined or, if the registration has already been completed, canceled. 8.  MAMC GIFT Refunds and Exchanges   A MAMC GIFT will not be refunded or exchanged for cash for any reason whatsoever. 9.  Loss of MAMC GIFT   Please handle your MAMC GIFT with care as it will not be reissued for any reason. 10.  Membership Rules and Special Provisions   Agreement to the “MAMC Membership Program Individual Membership Rules” and “Special Provisions regarding MAMC GIFT” is required in order to register as a MAMC member.
