Objectives of application

(3) "Aida Makoto: Heisei Kanjin Project" Supporter Solicitation
* The application period is from 22 April 2012 to 19 October 2012.
Note that the application will close once the the number of applications reaches the limit, 1,500 even if before the end of the application period.

Membership period
(For 《1》 and 《2》)
In case of (1)
The membership period shall commence from the date on which the Operator confirms completion by the Applicant of the required application procedures and its receipt of the joining fee and the annual fee, and continue for one year (or, if the date falls in the middle of the month, the membership period shall commence on the 1st of the following month).
Renewal: The membership period shall be renewed automatically for a period of one year commencing from the date immediately following the Expiration Date, and will continue to be renewed in this way annually if the Member, having received the membership period renewal notice by email, has subsequently not followed procedures for notifying the Operator that he or she will not renew within the period separately stipulated by the Operator. In such cases, the Member shall pay the annual fee for the post-renewal membership period by credit card registered at the time he or she joined, on the 10th of the month in which the Expiration Date occurs (or the next bank business day in cases where the 10th falls on a bank holiday).
Cancellation: The Member may not withdraw from MAMC during the membership period. If the Member, having received the membership period renewal notice by email, has subsequently followed the procedures for notifying the Operator that he or she will not renew within the period separately stipulated by the Operator, his or her membership will be cancelled at the end of his or her membership period. In such cases, the Operator shall continue to email notifications related to MAMC for the remainder of the membership period, unless the Member requests that the emailing of such notifications be ceased. The joining fee and the annual fee paid to the Operator will not be refunded for any reason.
In case of (2)
The membership period shall commence from the date on which the Operator confirms completion by the Applicant of the required application procedures, and continue for one year (or, if the date falls in the middle of the month, the membership period shall commence on the 1st of the following month.)
Renewal: When making the first membership renewal, the member shall do so according to the membership period renewal notice sent by email or postal mail. If the first membership renewal has been made on the Operator’s website using credit card, subsequent renewals shall be made in accordance with the procedure described above in case of (1). If the first membership renewal has been made over the counter, subsequent renewals shall be made same as the first renewal.
Cancellation: Same as described above in case of (1).
Timing of delivery the Member's card, benefit kit, and/or entitlements

In case of (1)
They will be dispatched within one week after the completion of payment of annual membership fee.

In case of (2)
They will be dispatched within one week after the completion of membership registration.

In case of (3)
The dispatch of goods to the applicants shall be completed by 31 March, 2013 at the latest; however, the dispatch would be made as soon as possible depending on the readiness of the goods. The details of the dispatch timing will be notified individually upon the completion of application.

Shipping expenses for delivery All shipping expenses accred will be borne by the Operator in all cases
(1),(2) and (3).
Matters concerning the liability in the case the goods such as membership entitlements have a hidden defect The seller shall be exempt from liability for the defect in case the goods provided in exchange of the payments for the cases (1), (2), and (3), have a defect or a hidden defect; provided, however, any defectdue to intentional or gross negligence of the seller to the goods, the seller is liable to compensate the actual damages to the member / the applicant (the maximum amount of the compensation will be equivalent to one year annual membership fee paid by the applicant for the year of the damage in cases (1) and (2), and equivalent to the amount of support (i.e. monetary value for the number of unit(s) purchased) by the applicant in case (3)
On cancellations and refunds No revocations, cancellations, refunds etc. are accommodated after completion of application. In addition, no requests or demand for refunds are catered unless the goods in exchange of the payments for the cases (1), (2), and (3), are defective.
